How does the payment work?
A 50% deposit of the total boat tour value is required in advance via credit card at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance is due at the end of the tour and can be paid by card or in cash.
What happens in case of bad weather?
We offer the possibility to reschedule the boat tour, subject to our availability. The captain reserves the right to cancel the tour if safety conditions are not met due to adverse weather.
In the event of cancellation due to bad weather on our side, it is possible to request a refund of the deposit.
